The Claim:

My Take:
The packaging looks quite pleasing. I like the minimalist plastic look. The product itself is not bad once you get it out of the bottle. The thick liquid gets absorbed easily. I find it more soothing than hydrating actually, but there’s definitely enough hydration for my skin needs right now. For comparison, it does very similar thing to the Skin1004 ampoule I just reviewed, and I’m not surprised as centella is actually quite high on the ingredients list. This has no smell and is absolutely not sticky at all.
As soon as I started using it, I was put off. I absolutely can’t stand dropper bottles with thick liquid that you just can’t suck up the dropper. I don’t have the patience to keep pressing that dropper only for one drop to get captured, so have to repeat this tedious exercise multiple times to get enough.
A decent product ruined by the poor delivery system. Please change the packaging of this. A pump design will definitely make this much easier to use.
