This toner did not clog my pores(not much I think compared to the ampoule) and was decently hydrating. It contains PHA as an exfoliating agent and I, as an experienced user with high percentage exfoliating acids, found it to be gentle enough to use every night. My experience with this was much better than with the ampoule (read my review on the Madagascar Centella Ampoule for reference).
I did not see any other benefits that were claimed such as brightening, anti-wrinkle, etc., though it may be seen with consistent long term use. But since it wasn't serving any purpose in my routine, I stopped using it once I was done trying it for a month, and swapped it with another exfoliating toner which I only use 2-3x a week.
This is probably much more suitable for someone with oily, sensitive skin... complete opposite of my skin type.
