PHA 5 Toner

This toner has Polyhydroxy Acid, Alpha Hydroxy Acid, and Beta Hydroxy Acid. It improved the texture of my skin. The toner soothed and hydrated my skin. It did not irritate my skin. The toner has a light water texture with pink powder. How to use: ✨Shake well to mix. Use a cotton pad and gently wipe on skin. *I received this product for free.
