Brightening Hand Cream with Niacinamide

This hand cream has a great ingredient list of 8% Nicotinamide, 2% Tranexamic Acid and shea butter that may replenish moisture, firm, soothe and visibly brighten skin. It has creamy consistency, lovely floral scent and good absorption. I did not use it long enough to see brightening effect but it makes my hand soft instantly.

I disnot see britening effect yet but its worth a try.
