1. The texture is a mix of water and oil, which takes a long while to shake until they're mixed together. 2. It cannot remove waterproof products like mascara completely. 3. There is a thin film of residue after cleansing, even after I have double cleansed with a foam cleanser, so it can cause irritation and acne.
