✨Finish: It coats my lips well, it is not heavy and flaky, it applies like butter, easy to swipe, fills in the nooks and crannies of my dry lips and is ready and primed for a matte lipstick! This is a great primer for lips! Especially when you will be using a lip product that dries your lips out.
I appreciate this blur balm, I never thought that it would be so good and a great combo for matte lipsticks, now I can enjoy my lip products even more! 😊
