I haven't had that concern yet (allergic reaction) but definitely will keep it in mind. 

Unfortunately, after using it for a few weeks, I started developing an allergy to it. My skin was so irritated everything “burned” and I had to avoid any products touching the area including makeup (which specially sucks if you have dark circles like I do).

When I first started using it I absolutely loved it. It gave my under eye a nice plump, smothened the area, absorbed quickly and worked well with makeup.
