1. Shake well to mix water and oil layers before use.
2. Soak the cotton pad with adequate amount of product and gently wipe off your makeup.

• I liked this makeup remover because it did the job, removed waterproof eye makeup and (THE MOST IMPORTANT) doesn’t sting my eyes!

• It didn’t broke me out or caused any irritation.
