This is definitly one of my favorite hydrating toners to use daily. I have always been interested in trying products from Glow Recipe because I LOVE anything watermelon. I did purchase this travel size awhile ago from Sephora. It is a little pricey but this is definitly the toner i like to use when im going to be wearing a full face of makeup that day.
First off the packaging is stunning. I love all the bright beautiful colored bottles they have for each of their product lines. This bottle for their watermelon line is pink and is glass so it feels and looks fancy. I love the shake dropper applicator to dispense the product. It can come out pretty quickly so just keep that in mind when you are dispensing the product.
This watermelon glow toner smells amazing!! It smells like artifical watermelon candy which i like. But if you are sensitive to fragrence be careful with this product bc it is heavily fragrenced. It says it is supposed to be a PHA and BHA pore refining toner. The consistency is very thin and liquidy and feels a bit greasy to the touch. A little goes a long way which is really nice especially with the price of it. I have dry skin and this toner works very well with my skin type. The minute i apply it my skin looks super glowy and feels very hydrated and moisturized. If you have oily skin, be careful bc this does leave your face feeling and looking a bit greasy and i am not sure if this would make those with that skin type too oily. But this feels really really good on dry skin. The greasy feeling does go away after a few minutes, so it wont move your makeup around throughout the day. I also have large pores which runs in my family but this toner does help with keeping my pores looking clear and not as exagerated like they usually are.
I definitly say give this a try if you have dry/normal skin type because it does help keep your skin hydrated as well as moisturized. And it also helps keep your pores clear and not as big looking to the eyes.
If you are sensitive to fragrence just be careful and patch test first before going in with this all over your face. Also if you have oily skin just be careful because it can leave the skin feeling a little greasy for a little bit and im not sure if this would make your skin feel and look extra greasy.
