It does a great job as a cleanser by removing daily impurities, without stripping the skin. It is gentle to the skin as my skin does not feel dry or tight at all after using. In fact, my skin feels soft and moisturized. It is clear and transparent, and has a runny, watery gel texture. It can easily form lather but not a nice thick lather.
