I like the textured of the skincare, because it’s have milky formula ✨ Not lots of skincare trying to do something like this and besides, the price is affordable too. It might be sticky but it well absorbed towards my skin 💕 But if you are not a fan of Garnier, maybe you should try Hada Labo Lotion because I think they are more same towards each other.

There is no such thing as BAD in this product. You don’t even need too have cotton pad, you just need your finger to dab it around your face. It’s vitamin C, so this toner avoid dullness for real. If you are looking for cheap and have quality in it, this is the one. But make sure that you’re face is fit with Vitamin C formulation.
