Dual Drop Serum

The texture is watery, easy to spread.

It left a thin layer of oily film after applying, not a big issue, but need extra time to move on to next skincare routine step. More importantly, I don't feel the serum brightens my skin significantly. It might be one of the worst vitamin C serum I have used so far.
