Sea Wink of H2O Vegan Collagen Eye Cream

I received this in Boxycharm box this month & wasn't sure I was going to try it, but I'm so glad I did. I have an impossible time finding an eye cream that doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes. This Tarte vegan eye cream reduces puffiness & dark circles as well as hydrates. Plus it doesn't irritate my eyes. It's clean, vegan & I will continue to use it.

I don't really have anything bad to say..
