I had originally purchased this product off of a recommendation of a friend. Her skin was absolutely flawless, and super healthy looking. At first this is what she said she used.
I ran out and bought it... ☹😕
At the time I tried this, I wasn't as versed, or knowledgeable in skincare. So I wasn't layering too many products, or products that shouldn't be used together.
And It pilled terribly. There was NOTHING I could change to make this moistuizer absorb into my skin.
I also had the exact same experience with the Neutrogena hydro-gel cream. 😝
Tbh, I've never had a really good experience with any Neutrogena product.
Come to find out, her skin was amazing bc she was also using Curology Tretinoin at the time. 🤣
This product (and all Neutrogena products that aren't fragrance free) are HEAVILY fragranced. It is always a nice fragrance, but still very unnecessary in skincare.
The consistency is thick, but not nourishing thick. More like film forming and peeling off layer, thick. 😆
Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone with dry skin, or actually needing any kind of hydration, moisturization or anything else. 🤷♀️
This product is just absolutely terrible imo.
Useless, to be perfectly honest.
I really wouldn't recommend this to anyone, ever.
There are much better peoducts for this price point and availability. 🥴
