This essence is unexpected different! Initially, I easily assumed that this would be the typical Hyaluronic Acid-based essence, where it would be super viscous and sticky.
Here's the thing: it surprisingly reminds me of Snail-based serum instead due to the texture! It's slimy, but runny though, carries a little viscosity to it.
Yes, it is still almost HA-like sticky, but this one glides nicely upon application and permeates nicely into matte-like finish. This essence is meant to be layered with other products (remember, it's a humectant) and it layers well without resulting in pilling. I like that this one doesn't leave a trail of stickiness behind.
Loving the straightforward result so far; skin is plump, less flaky and definitely healthier.
