Hada Labo - eskinotes review for Premium Whitening Lotion (Rich)

Here's a toner I took awhile to figure out how best this would work well for me. During the day, it can be a 2 in 1 product and act as a toner and moisturizer. At night, I definitely need to add on a moisturizer after using this product.
