Cicalfate Lips Restorative Lip Cream

Have a creamy texture and free of fragrance.

However my lip doesn't like this at all. Can be my fault for not drinking enough water but whenever I apply this on my lip, it leaves whitecast and not moisturizing. And it's a bit sticky. It doesn't heal my cracked lip like a desert at all.☹️
