I waited a long time to give my final opinion. At first, the cream would bite me during the first few seconds of application. It was surely a time of adaptation to azelaic acid. Now I don't have those feelings anymore. I am delighted with this very comfortable and soothing cream. I no longer have a flush or rosacea attack (papules). Winter is coming, I think it will be a good ally for my skin.
