The reason I got this cleanser was due to my knowledge of Hada Labo having amazing hydrating products. However, this cleanser is a complete disappointment and I would strongly recommend you to not get it. For reference, I have combination, acne prone skin with an oily T-zone.
It burned my skin immediately upon contact and it stung especially around my nose - my nose is like super oily. While washing my face, it stripped my skin of it's oil and even left my palms feeling tight. Afterwards my face became squeaky clean. I tried applying the rest of my skincare as per usual, but this cleanser made my skin soooo sensitive that even my moisturiser was not enough to soothe it. My facial oil also did not manage to replenish the oil lost. Overall, please don't waste your money getting it, it really is horrible
