It does control the oil production as my skin was not shiny and oily when i apply ths as my day moisturiser.

The smell..i cant really get used to it. Plus, I notice some breakouts on my cheek when I started using this product. However it is also worth to note that I change my day cleanser at the same time too. So it might be due to one of the products.
