I use this toner in my AM and PM routines. When my skin is really dry and needs extra hydration I always use this toner because this toner provides a good hydrating effect, provides nutrients to my skin so that it makes the skin more plump and increases skin elasticity. Usually when I use this toner I can skip my moisturizer because this toner provides a high moisturizing effect. I think this toner is perfect for dry skin.
