Jeffree Star Cosmetics - jamminbeauty91 review for Holy Mist Soothing Facial Spray

I absolutely love the packaging and the name. Because of that solely, I had to get it as part of the pink religion collection. It has a strange milky color to it. Reminds me of the pink drink from Starbucks, lol. The sprayer is a fine Mist and works great. I love the dragonfruit scent. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I'm not sure if it's doing anything. It's also not clear on the description whether this is skincare, like a Toner or essence, or a primer or setting spray. So I'm actually confused how I should be incorporating it in my routine.
