This product is lightweight and fast absorbing. Effect wise, I can observe less puffiness and less wrinkles because of dryness. However, I don't think it really helps with dark circles. I'm still a panda who loves to sleep late in midnight ๐ผ Instead of 'whitening' or brightening, I think it is more to hydrating. Suitable for dry and puffy eyes.
