My Thoughts:
I badly needed an undereye care, because have these slightly dark undereyes. I started using it after buying it at nearby drugstore here. For me it helps to relax my tired eyes, and somehow feels energized (maybe because of the Caffeine in it) and a little bit tight after application. Also i actually like the rolly type applicator which makes application easier and helps to massage my undereye area as well.
