packaging : came with a shiny orange box and a separate dropper. glass bottle is dark which is good to help protect the serum.
scent/color: citrusy but not too overpowering. serum has a pale yellow color.
texture/consistency : product is thick and kinda sticky/ tacky to touch. when i opened the bottle, the product overflowed making it messy and that kinda annoyed me. though tacky to touch, it feels lightweight when applied on face.

performance : for my sensitive skin, i felt a bit of sting below my right under eye and that feeling stayed for almost an hour. i noticed that a small red bump also appeared. for the brightening, i really didn't see a difference, i will have to use this longer.
