Norwegian Formula Lip Care SPF 20

The Neutrogena Lip Balm SPF 20 formula contains chemical filters octinoxate and avobenzone. I purchased this product on Amazon and the product page lists titanium dioxide however on the product label itself this ingredient is not mentioned at all. The product is inexpensive so you can might as well give it a try. The product does not leave behind a white cast. The formula did not cause me any irritation or stinging unlike other sunscreen filters. Smells a bit like sunscreen with some added fragrance.

The formula is not particularly moisturizing. It doesn't last long on the lips and needs to be constantly reapplied to ensure that lips feel conditioned. The lip balm has a low SPF rating. This lip balm sometimes irritates my throat as I naturally ingest a little bit of the product.
