Natural Lip Serum

Lip serum that contains macadamia oil, olive oil, saffron oil, and vitamin E. The ingredients are meant to help moisturizing, brightening, and as an anti-oxidant. This lip serum is oil based, but so watery. I've been using this lip serum for over 2 weeks. It has already made my lips more moisturized and plumpy, but for brightening i think not sure.
