What can I say? This product exceeded my expectations! I've used many gel-cream before but this is by far one of the most light, quick absorbing and refreshing one I have used yet. I don't always rate products 5/5 stars, because I think about how it can improve or might not be as beneficial for everyone, but this product could be beneficial to so many skin types and concerns. For me, it helped rebuild/strengthen my sensitive skin barrier. My skin feels more hydrated and plumper from within and it's keeping my skin more comfortable throughout Winter. It has a high concentration of fermented ingredients (probiotics and prebiotics) so it's particularly helpful for sun damaged skin, mature skin, sensitive and sensitised skin types. Compared to the Repair Cream version of this product, this Relief Cream is less viscous like a gel-cream so it's good for oily and combination skin types as well. The Repair Cream type is more 'yoghurt' like. This product has a light fruity floral scent like probiotics drinking yoghurts for gut health.
