I started with once for every 2 days. If no bad reaction, i increase it to once daily. I normally tried for a month before increasing the routine. I will use twice daily when i have active acne because i had cyctical acne and it tooks longer to vanish. I would suggest you to do patch test first and use it once for every 2 days first and see the results.
