Pixi - Hinarushi review for Rose Tonic

This is a daily rose hydrosol based toner that promotes hydration and helps to balance the skin. It is alcohol free and free from artificial fragrances. The toner has a watery consistency with a little slip to it, which is nice as it spreads out very nicely on the skin. I apply it using my hands, gently pat my skin and wait for a couple of seconds till it absorbs into the skin, after which I continue with my next routine step. I enjoy this toner's floral scent and was nicely surprised to find out that it does not contain any added perfume. All the aroma is coming from the distillation of the flowers and botanical extracts.
