I was in search of a simple repairing moisturizer that wouldn't contain any fancy ingredients. I ended up finding this cream which is fragrance free and contains colloidal oatmeal. The brand states that this cream is also suitable for people dealing with eczema.
This moisturizer is very affordable and it retails at around £3.5 in Boots and £2 on Amazon while on sale.
I suffer from rosacea as well as very sensitive skin with a compromised skin barrier and sometimes I do experience irritation from this cream. Judging from the ingredient list, it seems that the Citric Acid is the culprit.
This cream is not very moisturizing. A few minutes after application, the cream fully absorbs into the skin, leaving it to feel thirsty once again. It completely disappears and my skin risks to dehydrate.
The cream pills on my skin and I think the tapioca starch is the culprit ingredient in here.
