~ INCI List: I love the idea of using dandelion extract & barley extract at high concentrations in this calming toner. I honestly, didn’t know or hear about these ingredients in skincare before and was happily surprised with the results. I would compare the results I saw similar to using centella or mugwort extract.

~ Experience: This was lightly hydrating & I really was surprised with the calming abilities. This performed really nicely to calm & reduce some of the redness that was prevalent in my skin. That being said, this is the type of toner that I tend to purchase and enjoy.
🌼 Final Conclusion: This is definitely a nice calming toner that I really appreciate! It might not be overly hydrating or skin reparative, but this works to calm my skin & reduce my redness which I really appreciate & love.
