The texture is a light gel-cream.
Anyway, it's so light, it feels like you're not wearing anything! I think it has a very slight chemical scent, but it's subtle and doesn't make you uncomfortable. This product doesn't take long to absorb and doesn't feel sticky at all.
Safe on my normal to oily skin and hydrating. The packaging is a simple tube with a beautiful lilac color. For my personal use, this 20 g night cream almost runs out in 1 month. I think wasteful or not is relative.
The first thing I felt when using this product was that my skin felt a little warm, but it didn't bother me at all and didn't cause a stinging reaction on my face. In the first week of use, I purposely only used cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and this night cream during the PM routine for the reason that I want to know how far the performance without the help of other products with strong active ingredients.
After more than 1 week, I just tried to use it together with other products that also have different active ingredients and it's safe. There is no drama of blackheads and pimples. It works to relieve acne and redness on the skin. No wonder, because Bakuchiol has anti-inflammatory properties. For 1 month of use, this product was able to remove and disguise some of my acne scars.
