HaruHaru WONDER - Satya review for Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner Free of Alcohol & Fragrance

I have been in LOVE with this toner in a couple weeks, this toner are free of alcohol and fragrance. That ls very perfect for sensitive skin like myself. just leaves a dewy and none sticky feeling and absorb into skin only few minutes. I also, never experienced any skin irritation while using this. Overall, this toner is perfect for all skin type that needs a toner that just give you enough moisturizing and also brightening benefit. personally like to apply this one about three or four layer after cleansing and following with moisturizer.
