I must talk about the frosty opaque glass bottle because it is heavy so it gives that kind of “luxurious” vibes which can be fun at times. This toner has a watery & runny consistency with a hint of viscosity that absorbs nicely into the skin, leaving a matte finish. There is no such thing as tackiness or stickiness either so I can put several layers of it. It has a fragrance that radiates a mild fruity scent but no need to worry because it is not overwhelming or troubling at all. I actually have such a low expectation on this toner, but the performances are not bad actually – it is moderately hydrating and soothing! The hydration is not something super surprising, but it still feels enough on my skin, leaving it plumper & bouncier. I am also impressed that it helps to reduce my mild itchiness, probably due to the inclusion of Panthenol – which is one of my favourite soothing ingredients. Well, the price is actually not as expensive as I actually thought so this is a great product.
I must say, I could not see much effect from the Bifida Ferment Lysate but probably, it needs some more time. Also, while I appreciate its hydration & soothing effect, I find this to be a little bit boring as I seldomly reach out for this toner – this does not deny its great performance.
Overall, I find it to be such a simple, non-fuss toner that can be enjoyed by almost everyone – if you can endure fragrant components – due to its straightforward performances and product transparency. It is not much of a revolutionary one but sometimes, all we need is one effortless product & this is the one for you!
