It did not irritate my eyes and skin at all. It turns into emulsion once mixed with water. My sister said that it does not remove all of her eye makeup. It also not that soluble with water. Plus, it makes the skin oily afterwards. Honestly, the scent is a bit overwhelming for me. Sadly, we still prefer a more effective and less fragrant cleansing oil.
