I don’t usually use acne treatments all over face as they’re all extremely drying. This one, on a contrary, is very mild with lots of natural extracts so you can use it allover face. It has a good calming, redness relief effect and it reduces small pimples and blackheads in a long term use. I don’t have severe acne so I can’t tell if it works with that kind of imperfections. But my opinion is no as there are a lot of natural root extracts and glycerin more than active acne fighting ingredients inside. Overall it’s quite a mild cream that will help to improve minor imperfections and redness, worked great with my combination skin.
