Ooh, I just so love this toner! So this Safi Toner was my very first toner that I bought to refine my pores because it claimed it could refine pores and make them less obvious (Had enlarge pores before) And what's my take on it? I used it for nearly a year and that's when the changes become obvious. First, I noticed smaller pores. It seemed that the toner somehow closed the large pores. Second, my face was brighter and not dull. I loved this toner because it was so effective and yet it was just a local brand☺️ And cheap too!
