OFBASE - RubyonWings review for Centella 101 Toner

𝗢𝗙𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗘 - 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝟭𝟬𝟭 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿 📦 Packaging – Plastic toner bottle 💧 Texture – Watery 🌸 Scent – Fragrance-free, no scent Similar to the ampoule, my first impression on this product was that this was similar to the SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Toning Toner 🤔. It also has a tiny bit of PHA that comes from fruit extracts as well. Fragrance-free, watery 💧 and contains 90.5% of centella asiatica ☘️. Similar to it's ampoule, this also has hyaluronic acid in it for added moisture 💧. Apart from that, it also has Niacinamide, Adenosine and Ceramide ✨ Very comparable to the SKIN1004 Toning Toner, but this one seems to be a tad more hydrating and soothing for me ✨ If you have sensitive skin, and your skin really enjoys centella, I'd definitely recommend purchasing this over the SKIN1004 one.
