I really enjoy💜 this Hada Labo lotion/toner to treat post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
It is a toner that focus on the power of arbutine to tackle dark spots.
HOW I USE IT:
It is my step after cleansing. I use a generous amount of 5 to 7 drops to hydrate my skin while treating PIH. I use my hands to distribute it. It is not too watery to be used and distributed only with my hands.
I sometimes layer it with another toner such as the SKIN1004 centella toner or Iayer the same toner twice.
WHAT IT DOES:
In japanese skincare, lotions are in fact toner and serves to hydrate and rebalance the skin after cleansing. This lotion is no exception, it is hydrating because it contained 2 different form of hyaluronic acid and vitamine E to restore skin's moisture and make the skin more luminous.
It reduces melanin production thanks to 2 tyrosinase inhibitor: arbutine and a vitamine C derivative boosted with vitamine E.
I noticed that my dark spot are fading. I've been using for 6 months now. I do not count only on this to treat PIH. I haven't reach my goal yet but I am patient with my skin.
