It has a viscous texture, which absorbs fast and feels lightweight upon application. My cheeks get easily irritated with the wind and cold weather, and this ampoule does a great job at soothing the skin and provide hydration.
It may feel a bit sticky as soon as applied, but the feeling goes away when fully absorbed.
