The star ingredient here is Squalene. Medium viscosity with a smooth and slippery feel. This is not your average water like toner but rather a rich full body toner. Half way between an essence and serum. Deeply hydrates and nourishes the skin whilst providing light layer moisture. The level of hydration the toner is beyond this world, so hydrating! Instantly plumped up my skin. Skin felt so full and bouncy. Overall, I am so happy that I came across this toner because my dehydrated skin loves it! (No fragrance or EOs)
