When I massage it into my skin, it feels slick. Because of the viscosity, this essence leaves a little tacky on my combination skin. But as I finish my routine with gel moisturiser, it will be gone. It did nothing to improve my skin's hydration.
I used this essence for the first time when I was outstation and exhausted. The next morning, I observed no more dull, tired skin! I'm pleasantly surprised. It even helps me get rid of that dull look caused by my hormone fluctuations, during PMS and my period.
