This toner has a thick texture which easily slides and absorbs into the skin. It is pretty lightweight. It does give that extra hydration and moisturizes my skin really well. It also refreshes my skin while restoring skin’s natural pH balance. Suitable for all skin types but I personally think it is most recommended to dry, sensitive skin type, just like mine.
