It is a watery toner with the slightest slip to it ☁️ it absorbs effortlessly into my skin like my face is a huge piece of 🧽 it has a slightly dewy finishing but not tacky ✨ I use it for 3/5/7 skin method and the results is amazing 🤩 still fully absorbed beautifully and didn’t feel any tackiness!!!!!!!!! 😳 but don’t let it fool you, although it is very lightweight but it is very hydrating💧also, it is such a godsend too because I’ve been experimenting with different products and my face has been facing irritations and sensitivity 😩 this toner not only helps to provide intense hydration but also soothes all the “problems” on my face (ugh how I wish it can solves all problems in other life aspects 😩😂) all and all, definite HG ✨✨✨
