The Etude House 99% Aloe Soothing Gel is the most concentrated formula I was able to find. That 99% is actually not completely true - on the backside we find the real percentage - it's 93.5% and that's alot!
It has a thin watery texture, without any fragrance (yay!) and with a non-sticky satin finish after application. It offers a long lasting hydration (thanks to ceramides and sodium hyaluronate), it is noncomedogenic and moisturizing . It has the best ingredient list, it would be ideal for dry & acne-prone skin, it contains anti-aging humectants & possesses a short ingredient list with the least amount of acne triggers.
How do I use it?
As a toner , if you're into thick toner texture. Apply a bit on the moist skin after cleansing.
As an essence. Apply a generous amount under the moisturizer, it won't be sticky and it will absorb very fast!
As a bodygel. Apply a generous amount all over, massage a bit to absorb.
As a scalpmask. Apply it when the hair is dump with no excessive moisture. I massage it gently on my scalp and keep the towel on for 10 minutes.
As a treatment. Apply to red and irritated areas (no open wounds!) on a thick layer and wait until it completely absorbs.
As a cooling depuffing under eye mask. Apply generously on the under eye (keep it on the bone area!) the freshly taken out of fridge bottle.
