The packaging is my only complaint. The airless pump is really nice to keep the product stable, but it's pretty weighty so I have a hard time telling how much product is left in there. It's usually a total surprise when I run out. 

This retinol is really great! It did not irritate my skin despite being the first retinol I never tried, so I've been using it consistently for a couple of years now. Addition of soothing ingredients alongside the retinol is a nice touch. Texture is more like a gel than a liquidy serum.
