Oat Cleansing Balm This is a very calming and non-irritating gentle (non-foaming) cleansing balm. I use it as a first cleanse followed by a gentle cleanser. This does a great job at removing your makeup especially the eye makeup. All you makeup wearing people know what I’m talking about!

I use it as a first cleanse because it doesn’t wash off easily, leaves a bit of residue and feels sticky.
