Toner is, after cleansing, my favorite step in my routine. I like to tryint out different ingredients that go with my oily skin and help hydrate/calm it down.
That's how I came to this toner that contains among other ingredients, 10% Centella asiatica, hyaluronic acid and panthenol. The version I have tried is the one without witch hazel. The toner has a pH of 5.5, which is very good for preparing the skin for the following actives. It is not a toner with a watery consistency, but rather a dense gel-like one, which my skin absorbs beautifully without leaving a sticky or weird effect. It comes in a green plastic bottle containing 200 ml.
Why this toner hasn't fully convinced me? Well, it is a very good toner, I love its consistency and that it absorbs quickly. The skin looks and feels plump and glowing after using it, but I always have to use several layers to achieve that. If you're a fan of #7skins it will fit you like a glove.
So where am I going with this? I'm exactly a few days away from a month of using it and there's only a third of the toner left in the bottle, when other toners I've used have lasted up to three months. Besides, I don't find it practical to use layer after layer, I just spend a lot of time on this step of the routine. Well, maybe it's a matter of taste, but this toner is good, it is; just not for me.
