Maracuja Oil

product review positives
I love this facial oil! I tend to get redness around my cheeks/ nose dimple area (probably hereditary) and after no more than a week of using this product I noticed that my redness calmed down and evened out! I have (slightly) sensitive oily skin and the thought of using a facial oil has always sounded irrelevant to me, but after trying this oil I've realized how much I've been missing! I only use this oil at night as it is very hydrating (never greasy) and personally I like something more mattifying for the day time. I normally apply 3 - 4 drops on my entire face/neck and by morning I notice my redness is gone, my face is evened out, and it has a visible brightness/glow! This oil does have a slight scent but it's not bothersome and goes away within seconds. My friend loves it as well! She has eczema and uses this to calm down her irritation when it flares up. Whether you have oily, sensitive, dehydrated, or dry skin. You need to try this product! it is truly is my holy grail! I should also mention that Tarte employs Amazonian women to sustainably harvest the maracuja oil in Brazil. Which I love in connection with them being cruelty free and formulating without parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, sodium lauryl sulfate, and gluten, Just to name a few.
product review negatives
Literally no downsides to this product other than it being a little oily for me to use during the day. But then again... it is an oil.
